Advanced Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression Solutions

At CYMEK PETROCORR LIMITED, we provide specialized fire-fighting and fire suppression solutions designed for the demanding environments of the oil and gas, petrochemical, industrial and energy sectors. Our approach combines competent fire-safety personnel, appropriate response equipment and advanced firefighting technologies to help clients prepare for, control and suppress fire incidents before they escalate.

Our fire-fighting solutions incorporate FireAde® firefighting agents and Enforcer® compressed-air foam systems, providing a practical response capability for selected Class A and Class B fire scenarios and other applications where rapid knockdown and cooling are critical. The Enforcer platform uses compressed-air foam technology to deliver firefighting foam efficiently at the point of application.
We support clients from fire-risk assessment and system selection through deployment, testing, training, maintenance and operational readiness, helping integrate firefighting capability into existing emergency response plans.

Fire Fighting Systems & Deployment - Technology, Readiness & Response

Effective fire protection requires more than having firefighting equipment on site. Systems must be correctly selected for the hazard, strategically positioned, maintained and supported by personnel who understand their operation.
Our solutions are designed around the specific hazards, operating conditions and response requirements of each facility.

  • FireAde® Firefighting Agent Solutions
  • Enforcer® Compressed-Air Foam Systems
  • Class A & Class B Fire Response
  • Fire Risk Assessment & System Selection
  • Inspection, Testing & Preventive Maintenance
  • Fire Response Training & Operational Readiness

The Enforcer range includes portable compressed-air foam systems in different configurations, allowing system selection according to the required application and response capability.

FireAde® + Enforcer® Fire Fighting Technology

FireAde® and Enforcer® technologies provide CYMEK with a specialized platform for delivering firefighting foam where rapid intervention is required.
Enforcer® compressed-air foam systems use a pressurized delivery system to generate and discharge finished firefighting foam. Depending on the model and configuration, the systems are designed for portable or mobile deployment and can provide a significant quantity of finished foam from a relatively compact solution.
FireAde® products are available for different firefighting applications, with product selection and concentration determined by the specific fire hazard, equipment configuration and manufacturer's recommendations.
Important: Firefighting-system selection, installation and deployment should always be based on the actual hazard assessment, applicable standards, manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the relevant authority having jurisdiction.

Our Fire Fighting Service Approach and Protection Capability

Our objective is to improve the readiness, accessibility and effectiveness of firefighting resources at critical operating locations. Through appropriate equipment selection, deployment, inspection and training, we help clients strengthen their first-response capability and reduce the potential for fire escalation.
We approach fire protection as an operational system rather than simply an equipment supply exercise. Our team evaluates the facility, identifies credible fire scenarios and develops an appropriate response strategy around the available firefighting resources.

FireAde® and Enforcer® systems can be configured for specific firefighting applications, including selected Class A and Class B fire scenarios. The appropriate agent, concentration, equipment configuration and application method should be determined from the identified hazard and manufacturer's requirements. Enforcer systems are used as first-response compressed-air foam systems for applications including industrial and oil & gas environments.
A compressed-air foam system generates finished firefighting foam by combining the firefighting solution with compressed gas during discharge. This allows the system to deliver foam through a relatively compact portable package. Enforcer systems are specifically designed around compressed-air foam technology and are available in several configurations.
We begin with a hazard assessment covering the fuel type, potential fire scenarios, equipment and process hazards, exposure risks, operating environment, accessibility and required response capability. The resulting assessment is used to determine the appropriate equipment configuration, agent selection, deployment locations and operational requirements.
The role of an Enforcer system depends on the facility's fire-risk assessment and overall fire-protection design. Portable or mobile systems can provide valuable first-response capability, but they should not automatically be treated as a replacement for engineered fixed fire-protection systems where those systems are required.
Inspection and preventive maintenance should follow the manufacturer's requirements, applicable fire-safety standards and the client's site procedures. For example, Enforcer documentation specifies preventive maintenance checks and services as part of maintaining system readiness.
The system should be safely isolated and depressurized as required, inspected for damage or abnormalities, and recharged or serviced before being returned to operational readiness. Consumables, cylinders, hoses, nozzles and other components should be checked according to the applicable maintenance procedure.
Yes. Firefighting equipment can be incorporated into an existing emergency response framework through hazard assessment, equipment positioning, response procedures, personnel training, drills and maintenance arrangements. The objective is to ensure that equipment is not only available but also accessible and operational when required.
They can be considered for appropriate hydrocarbon-related applications following a site-specific hazard assessment. Selection must account for the type and quantity of fuel, potential release scenarios, exposure hazards, access limitations, environmental conditions and the overall facility fire-protection strategy.
Yes. Our service offering can include inspection, functional checks, preventive maintenance, equipment readiness assessment, consumable management and operational support to help ensure firefighting resources remain available when required.
Training requirements are assessed according to the equipment and the client's emergency-response structure. We can provide operational familiarization and practical training covering system deployment, safe operation, response procedures and post-use actions.

CYMEK PETROCORR provides practical firefighting solutions designed for demanding industrial environments.
